In accordance with the governing documents of your Association, Section 4 of the Declaration entitled "Storage of Vehicles", sets forth that all boats, water craft, boat trailer, boat rigging, motor home, or trailer, shall be parked or kept in the garage or otherwise screened from view unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of the Association understands the need for a reasonable short period of time for an Owner to load, unload, and/or clean such vehicles on the driveway or street in front of a Lot as well as a written process to accommodate and document that need.

Provided the Owner applies for and receives written permission from the Association through the Board of Directors or the managing agent of the Association, the Owner will be permitted to temporarily park their recreational vehicle, trailer and/or boat as set forth below:

The Owner shall be permitted up to no more than 72 hours prior to an outing away from a Lot with a vehicle listed in Article VI., Section 4 of the Declaration and up to no more than 72 hours upon return from an outing away from the Lot with a vehicle listed in Article VI., Section 4 of the Declaration to outfit, re-stock, and clean such vehicle within any one calendar month. The granting of this privilege, consistent with the terms of the Declaration, shall only be permitted if the Owner strictly complies with the provisions hereof. It is the sole responsibility of the Owner to obtain, complete and facilitate the written application for and receipt of written permission from the Board of Directors or the managing Association for temporary parking.
